Transfer of enrollment

The transferred enrollments won’t be eligible for Refund.

Visa Information

Scientific Command Conferences won’t directly communicate delegacies and consulates on behalf of visa aspirants. All delegates or companies should apply for a Business Visa only. Important note for failed visa operations Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of the cancellation policy of Scientific IQ Conferences, including the incapability to gain a visa.

Refund/ Cancellation Policy

This is because arrangements have formerly been made on your behalf at the venue, and payments have been rendered to the hostel.
